Land South-West of Godstone Station

We would welcome your feedback on our draft proposals for the land south-west of Godstone Station.  If you would like to provide written comments, please fill in the form below by 6pm on Monday 7th April 2025.

You can choose whether to give feedback anonymously or to share your name and contact details with us.  We will only use your contact information to: follow-up on any queries you raise on the form; follow-up on specific points you make, which we may wish to explore further with you; or understand where you live in relation to the proposed development.  We will never use your information for marketing purposes.

Following this consultation period, we will collate all the feedback received and revise our final proposals accordingly.  We will also continue our pre-application discussions with Tandridge District Council and further refine the proposals in response to feedback prior to submission.  Our indicative timeline for next steps is as follows:

• Public consultation – March / April 2025
• Submission of planning application – Spring 2025
• Consideration of planning application – Summer / Autumn 2025
• Determination of planning application – Autumn / Winter 2025
